BJP National President JP Nadda met with State party leaders in Hyderabad to address internal issues within the party. He emphasized the importance of unity and working together for the party’s success in the upcoming elections. Nadda reminded leaders to focus on performing well and assured them that positions within the party will follow suit.

Nadda stressed that the BJP is a party rooted in ideology and discipline. He urged leaders to adhere to party discipline and not discuss party matters openly. He expressed concern about certain leaders talking to the media and discussing party affairs in private meetings, which is not acceptable.

Some long-serving leaders have reportedly expressed their displeasure to party bosses in Delhi about newly joined leaders engaging in one-upmanship and leaking information to the media. These actions have caused tension within the party.

During the meeting, State leaders discussed various issues such as providing free education, medical care, and housing to the poor, as well as implementing crop insurance if the party comes to power. International discussions were also held with district presidents before organizing major protest programs on topics like unemployment, corruption in irrigation projects, and tribal land distribution.

However, some leaders, without proper discussion within the State core committee, have been announcing schemes and policy issues to the media. This behavior is more typical of the Congress party, not the BJP.

These developments are causing concern among the older members of the party, as they fear it may harm the party’s public image. Some leaders have even taken to social media platforms to criticize each other, which is not in line with party expectations.

In response to these concerns, Nadda has urged leaders to put aside their differences and follow party discipline and line. It is important for the party to remain united and focused on its goals.
