    The Minister for Energy, Guntakandla Jagadish Reddy, thinks that playing sports is good for both the body and mind. He wants young people to focus on sports as well as their studies. On Monday, he opened the CM Cup 2023 tournament (which includes Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Volleyball, and Football) at MekalaAbhinava Stadium in Nalgonda district center.

    Lots of important people came to the opening ceremony, including the District Zilla Parishad Chairman Banda Narendra Reddy, Rajya Sabha member Badugula Lingaiah Yadav, legislators KancharlaBhupal Reddy, Bhaskar Rao, and local municipal chairman MandadiSaidireddy.

    Jagdish Reddy started the tournament by lighting a special lamp and releasing balloons. He even played cricket with some of the athletes to get everyone excited.

    The Minister said that Chief Minister KCR wants young people to get involved in sports, which is why they are holding the CM Cup 2023 competitions.
