Suryapet MLA Guntakandla Jagadish Reddy praised former chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s influence, saying people trust him to protect them. Reddy recently started a door-to-door campaign in Suryapet as part of the Lok Sabha election campaign.

During the campaign, Reddy mentioned that women welcomed them with aaratis and tributes, while also sharing the difficulties they faced due to the previous Congress government’s neglect and lack of understanding. He criticized both Congress and BJP for their flawed agreements, particularly calling out BJP for allegedly working to keep people hungry.

Reddy also accused BJP of having a secret agreement with Revanth and demanded his arrest, similar to their party’s MLC Kavitha. He believed the drama of notices sent to Revanth was simply a media stunt to deceive the public.
