G Jagadish Reddy, a senior leader of BRS, criticized the government for setting up a Cabinet sub-committee which he believes is a way to deceive farmers. He stated that the government has not kept its promises to the people, specifically mentioning the failure to provide the Rythu Bandhu assistance as promised. Reddy emphasized that this assistance should not be stopped under any circumstances and criticized the government for not giving the full amount of Rs 15,000 under Rythu Bharosa.

Reddy questioned the need for a Cabinet sub-committee on Rythu Bharosa and stated that Rythu Bandhu should be given separately from any farmer loan waivers. He accused the Congress government of being fraudulent and failing to address issues such as pensions and electricity bill waivers. Reddy demanded that the Rythu Bandhu be provided to farmers during the Kharif season as it was during the Rabi season.

Reddy criticized the state government for its deteriorating law and order situation, citing attacks that are taking place without a response from the government. He claimed that other than government leaks, no promises made by the government have been fulfilled.
