The Income Tax (IT) raids in Hyderabad have entered their second day, targeting well-known production and media companies. Among those under scrutiny are SVC, Mythri Movie Makers, and Mango Media. Officials are carefully reviewing the budgets allocated for recent film projects and analyzing financial records.

A major focus of the investigation is the blockbuster film Pushpa 2: The Rule. Authorities are closely examining the money invested in the movie and the profits it has generated. These raids were reportedly triggered by discrepancies found in the companies’ IT returns, prompting a deeper probe into their financial activities.

On the first day of the operation, IT officials questioned Tejaswini, the wife of producer Dil Raju. They also opened bank lockers linked to the production houses. Today, the investigation is set to expand further, with officials expected to review additional financial documents.
