Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a speech during a Holocaust ceremony, pledging to continue fighting against Iran’s nuclear weapons development. Netanyahu stated that Israel is fighting strongly against any nuclear deal with Iran that would allow them to have nuclear arms. He also warned of Israel’s response to any enemy approaches. Iranian crown prince Reza Pahlavi attended the ceremony and said that the current Iranian regime does not represent the Iranian people. Talks between Tehran and world powers to revive a 2015 landmark deal that sought to curb Iran’s nuclear programme have stalled since last year. In February, the UN nuclear watchdog found particles of uranium enriched to 83.7 percent in Iran. Iran denies wanting to acquire atomic weapons and says it has made no attempt to enrich uranium beyond 60-percent purity.
