    Issues with the IRCTC website have been causing problems for rail passengers. Many people have complained about app crashes, logouts, and delayed ticket confirmations. The collaboration with private payment apps has not been effective in improving the booking process.

    One passenger, Robin Zaccheus, shared his experience of trying to book tickets from Delhi to Hyderabad through the IRCTC app in May. He faced frequent crashes and logouts during the process, making it easier for agents and partners to book tickets instead. There have also been complaints about the Captcha code lacking AI.

    Some users have pointed out discrepancies between the user capacity for booking train tickets stated in RTI documents and the IRCTC annual report. The issues with Tatkal bookings, including the premium version, have also been a major concern for passengers.

    Mohan, another consumer, questioned why Paytm users were able to book Tatkal tickets through IRCTC login requirements while official IRCTC app users faced difficulties. Overall, the flaws in the IRCTC website have been causing inconvenience for many rail passengers.
