Intermediate students in Hyderabad are worried about the lack of basic facilities at their exam centers. Last year, students faced difficulties due to inadequate conditions at government junior colleges where some exams take place.

To address these concerns, the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TS BIE) has made elaborate arrangements at all examination centers this year. Nearly 980,978 students will be taking the exams, with 27,900 invigilators and CCTV cameras at all 1,521 centers. Flying squads and sitting squads will also monitor the exams.

The exams for first-year students will start on February 28, while second-year exams begin on February 29. The TSBIE has completed all necessary arrangements for a smooth conduct of the exams, including providing basic facilities like sitting benches, fans, lighting, and water facilities at all centers.

Medical staff will be present with medical kits at all centers, and RTC buses will be available for student transportation. Any malpractice during exams will result in criminal cases against students or officials involved. Section 144 will be enforced around exam centers to prevent gatherings, with a helpline available for students feeling stressed.
