    Initiatives for temples development and preservation announced by Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy

    Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy has announced initiatives for the development and preservation of temples in Rangareddy. The government plans to ensure that all temples in the state have incense sticks, lamps, and other offerings available. The focus is on improving ancient temples and providing facilities for regular rituals and prayers.

    To kickstart this effort, Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy conducted a special pooja at the Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in Fab City, Srinagar Colony, Tukkuguda Municipality. A significant budget was allocated for the temple’s development during the ceremony, and instructions were given to the authorities in charge of upcoming projects.

    The minister acknowledged the progress made in developing temples under Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s leadership in Telangana. The welfare of the Brahmin community has been prioritized, with around 8 crores allocated for revitalizing ancient temples in the Maheshwaram constituency. Various temple projects have already begun, including the Sivaganga temple, Sri Santana Venugopala Swamy temple, KhilaMaisamma temple, JannaiGuda Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple, and Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple. Funds have also been released for the Gut Pally Sri Veeranjaneya Swamy Mandir and Uppagadda Thanda Sri Sevalal Maharaj temple. These funds will be used for infrastructure development and improving visitor amenities at the respective temples.

    Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy also praised Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s efforts in reconstructing and making the Yadadri temple accessible. This highlights the government’s dedication to the well-being of all religions and castes in Telangana. The foundation stone for the Brahmin Parishad building in the Maheshwaram constituency has been laid with the Chief Minister’s blessings.
