The Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited (HMRL) celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm at Metro Rail Bhavan on Thursday.
NVS Reddy, the Managing Director of HMRL, spoke about the importance of the day. He emphasized remembering the sacrifices of the leaders who fought for the country’s freedom. He also encouraged everyone to work towards the development of Hyderabad, Telangana, and India.
During the event, Reddy mentioned that Metro Phase-II is crucial to the State government’s plan to make Hyderabad a global city. He announced that the Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for Phase II would soon be submitted to the State government for approval and then sent to the Government of India.
