    The Governor of Telangana, Tamilisai Soundararajan, is worried about the recent suicides of students at IIIT Basara campus in Nirmal district. She has asked the authorities of the government educational institution to report on the suicides within 48 hours. The Governor has also appealed to the students to stop taking extreme steps and focus on their studies.

    The Governor expressed her sadness over a female student’s alleged suicide at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) in Nirmal district. She asked the university authorities to take important measures to instill confidence among the students and make them aware of the importance of their studies for their future growth.

    A female student at the institute died after accidentally falling from a building. This happened just two days after a girl student committed suicide in the same institution.
