BV Raghavulu | Miryalaguda: CPI(M) Politburo member BV Raghavulu spoke at a gathering of farmers in Miryalaguda in Nalgonda district on Tuesday. He said that if Prime Minister Modi comes to power again in the 2024 general elections, democracy and secularism in the country will be endangered, and those who protect them should come together. He also stated that all parties have started campaigning for the upcoming elections. Raghavulu expressed his concern that if the BJP returns to power in 2024, the state will become a fascist regime. He mentioned that opposition parties are making efforts to come together on a single platform, as evidenced by the opposition party gathering in Bihar on the 23rd of this month. He added that the CPI(M) will attend this gathering and even requested Telangana Chief Minister KCR to attend.

Raghavulu also mentioned that he is a major contender for the Congress party’s chief ministerial candidate in Kerala and stated that his goal is to defeat the BJP and create awareness among the people. He said that the Modi government is implementing dangerous laws and regulations, as seen in the recent Parliament session in Delhi. He alleged that all parties have united against the controversial farm laws and demanded a change in the federal system. He called on everyone to oppose these laws.
