    The SB Innovations and Indian Beauty Association (IBA) organized a seminar called ‘Look & Learn’ in Hanumakonda. The seminar included live demonstrations on various beauty techniques such as Russian Hairstyle, instant saree draping, and makeup application. The aim of the program is to improve the skills and business of the beauty industry, which has a lot of income potential. The live demos will help the participants expand their beauty business and attract more customers. The IBA has conducted similar programs in different cities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

    Sandhya Mankala, founder of Sandhya Salon and Academy, emphasized the importance of upgrading skills in the beauty industry to keep up with its growth. The beauty industry has evolved over the years and includes skincare, makeup, nails, hair care, and grooming. Model Aishwaraya also highlighted how the beauty industry has become an integral part of life. The event concluded with the Indian Beauty Iconic Awards being presented to the best performers.
