Hyderabad: After clearing illegal constructions around lakes, the Hyderabad Disaster Response Assets Monitoring and Protection Agency (HYDRA) is now focusing on improving the condition of the lakes. The first lake they are working on is Errakunta Lake, located in the Nizampet municipality area.

Officials say they expect the cleanup to be finished in the next two to three days. Under the leadership of HYDRA Commissioner AV Ranganath, plans are being made to restore the lake and improve its surroundings. Local residents are happy with these efforts to revive the water body.
