ZapCom Group, a company from the United States that works on making products and solutions, will be opening a Center of Excellence in Hyderabad. This center will focus on making products for Travel and Hospitality, Fintech, and Retail sectors using Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing. Hyderabad was chosen as the location for this center.
ZapCom Group has offices in the United States, Central America, and India. The company plans to hire 500 people at first and then expand to over 1,000 within a year for their new Center of Excellence in Hyderabad. The decision to open this center was made after ZapCom’s Founder and CEO Kishore Pallamreddy met with Industries Minister KT Rama Rao in Washington DC.
