    The Mega walkathon from Hyderabad to Bhadrachalam, called Sagara Maha padayatra, has reached Khammam town. The Telangana state Sagara sangham president, Ravi Sagar, announced this initiative to walk from Hyderabad to Bhadrachalam for the Sri Rama kalyana mahotsavam on the 17th. They aim to offer Silk clothes, sacred pearls, and rice (thalambralu) to Lord Rama and Goddess Seetha for the welfare of the universe.

    The Sagara community traces its ancestry back to Lord Rama and the Ikshwaku and Sagara Dynasty. The state president emphasized the importance of presenting offerings in temples and performing Sri Seetha Rama kalyana mahotsavam in every village to promote devotion and build a peaceful society.

    Ramulu Sagara, Vemula Venkatayya Sagara, and Srinivas Sagara welcomed the walkathon team to Khammam town. The team includes honorary President Askani Venkata Swami Sagara and General secretary Avula Venkataram Sagara.
