    Hyderabad: A man involved in multiple crimes, including a murder and several burglaries, was arrested by Hyderabad police on Thursday. The police recovered stolen gold ornaments and other items worth around Rs 20 lakh from him.

    The man, Nasaruddin, is 34 years old and works as a sofa repair worker. He lives in HMT Hills, Kukatpally. He had been involved in five earlier cases in KPHB and Bachupally, as well as a murder for gain case in Saroornagar back in 2019. He had previously been jailed under the PD Act.

    According to the police, Nasaruddin targeted locked houses at night and burglarized them. On March 23, he broke into a house in Pragathi Nagar, Bachupally, and stole gold ornaments worth Rs 20 lakh.

    After a complaint was filed, police used CCTV footage to identify him. They arrested him at his shop and recovered the stolen items.
