GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. (GHIAL) has introduced a new flight service connecting Hyderabad and Medinah. The flights will be operated by IndiGo Airlines. The first flight on this route took off on Friday, marking the beginning of this new international connection.

The service will be available three times a week—on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The flight duration between Hyderabad and Medinah is approximately 5 hours and 47 minutes.

Pradeep Panicker, CEO of GHIAL, emphasized the importance of this new route. He explained that adding Medinah to Hyderabad’s destinations would improve international travel options. This will also make it easier for people to visit one of the most important religious cities in the world.
