Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMRL) has extended its operational hours for the Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket match at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Uppal. The metro trains will now run beyond their regular closing times to accommodate the increased demand during the match.

The last trains from their terminal stations will depart at 12:15 am, with the aim of reaching destinations by around 1:10 am. This timing adjustment is specifically made for the cricket match. During this time, passengers will only be allowed entry at Uppal Stadium and NGRI stations. At all other stations, only exits will be operational, as stated by a senior officer from HMRL.
