Pet Cat’s Death Sparks Dispute at Hyderabad Veterinary Hospital

A tragic incident involving a pet cat has led to a heated dispute between a pet owner and hospital staff in Hyderabad. The conflict arose after the death of the cat while it was being treated at a government veterinary hospital in Chevella.

The cat’s owner, Fauzia Begum, had taken her pet to the hospital after noticing that it had not been eating properly. The hospital staff administered an injection and provided some medication. However, after returning home, the cat’s condition worsened. Fauzia rushed the pet back to the hospital, but it sadly passed away during treatment.

Following the incident, Fauzia filed a complaint, accusing the hospital staff of negligence. She alleged that the treatment provided was inadequate and blamed them for her pet’s death. This allegation sparked a counter-complaint from the hospital staff, who claimed that Fauzia and her son, Akbar, had verbally abused and physically attacked them. The staff maintained that they had done their best to save the cat, which they said was already in critical condition when it arrived.
