    Hyderabad | City Bureau: The closing ceremony of Telangana State Formation Decennial Celebrations was held with great enthusiasm. Remembering the sacrifices made by the martyrs for the formation of Telangana state… Chief Minister KCR inaugurated the Amara Veerula Smarakam monument constructed in the Necklace Road area of Hyderabad on Thursday evening. Afterwards, tributes were paid to the martyrs. On this occasion, various cultural performances such as classical music, dance, and art exhibitions were organized at the Tank Bund area. Approximately 6 artists were honored during the Amaraveerula Smaranotsava celebrations. Later, a rally was taken out from the statue of Ambedkar to the monument. In this rally, school children dressed up as freedom fighters, and ministers Srinivas Goud and Talasani Srinivas Yadav also participated with dance performances.

    To participate in this event, bike rallies were organized from various parts of Hyderabad. Ministers, MLAs, MLCs, Corporation Chairpersons, and corporate leaders led separate bike rallies from their respective regions. The main roads in Greater Hyderabad were decorated with roses to mark this occasion. The bikes in the rallies carried banners of pink flags, along with the memory of the martyrs. Ministers Talasani Srinivas Yadav from Sanathnagar, Gopinath from Jubilee Hills, Danam Nagendar from Khairatabad, Kaleru Venkatesh from Amberpet, Madhavaram Krishna Rao from Kukatpally, Gandi Nandakishore from Sherilingampalli, and party worker Vyasa Billa from Goshamahal joined the rally along with their supporters. The MLA Kavitha category of MLCs also joined the rally with their poetry series and paid tributes to the martyrs while riding on bikes. In this context, the main thoroughfares of Jai Telangana were decorated with enthusiasm.
