Six new sewage treatment plants (STPs) in Hyderabad are now ready for commissioning. These plants are part of a project by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB).

HMWSSB Managing Director, Ashok Reddy, reviewed the ongoing construction work on Wednesday. He stressed the importance of completing the projects on time and urged the teams to meet their deadlines.

To ensure the projects stay on track, Reddy instructed that progress be reviewed weekly by directors and Chief General Managers (CGMs). He also asked the construction companies to submit weekly performance reports to the authorities.

Additionally, construction teams were advised to coordinate their work so that different tasks are completed at the same time, ensuring no delays in the overall project.
