Hyderabad: Hindu Leaders to Hold Solidarity Meeting for Bangladeshi Hindus
The Hindu Aikya Vedika (Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsav Samithi) is organizing a solidarity gathering called ‘Sanghibhava Sabha’ on Wednesday. The event will take place from 10 am to 1 pm at Dharna Chowk, Indira Park. It aims to highlight concerns about increasing communal attacks targeting the Hindu minority in Bangladesh and to demand the release of Swami Chinmoy Krishnadas.
The meeting will bring together prominent Hindu spiritual and religious leaders to discuss the challenges faced by the persecuted Hindu community in Bangladesh. According to VHP National Spokesperson Ravinuthala Shashidhar, there has been a rise in attacks on Hindu temples, homes, and businesses in the country. He condemned these incidents and called for swift justice for the victims.
The VHP leader also demanded the immediate and unconditional release of Swami Chinmoy Krishnadas, urging the Bangladeshi government to take action. Additionally, he appealed to the international community to step in and pressure the Bangladeshi authorities to protect the rights and safety of Hindu minorities.
Shashidhar encouraged all Hindus to attend the meeting and show their support. “Your participation will send a strong message of solidarity and compassion to our brothers and sisters in Bangladesh,” he said.
