Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court has raised serious concerns about the demolition of a building connected to the ongoing HYDRA case, which is still being reviewed by the court. Commissioner AV Ranganath appeared virtually before the court to discuss the issue.

The court strongly questioned the actions of the authorities, particularly focusing on the Ameenpur Tehsildar. The judge expressed dissatisfaction with the explanations given and was especially concerned about why the demolition took place on a Sunday.

Another point of criticism was the speed of the demolition. The building was taken down within 40 hours, although a 48-hour notice was given. The High Court demanded more details and expressed its displeasure with how quickly the events unfolded.
