Dr. K.A. Paul appeared before the Telangana High Court on Monday regarding a petition seeking a probe into alleged illegalities during the construction of the Kaleshwaram Project. The court adjourned the hearing to April 10 to consider an interim application filed by Dr. Paul and other petitions in the batch.

In a separate case, a writ petition filed by Sivananda Reddy, a former Additional SP, his wife, and son, seeking protection from arrest by the CCS Hyderabad, was adjourned to April 15. The court extended interim protection to Reddy and his family members until the next hearing date.

Reddy and his family are accused of encroaching on 26 acres of land in Budvel village, Rajendernagar mandal, and selling it. The court will continue to hear their case on April 15.
