Siddipet MLA T Harish Rao has written a letter to the Speaker of the Telangana Legislative Assembly, G Prasad, expressing concern about not receiving replies to his questions from the previous Assembly session.
In his letter, Harish Rao mentioned that, according to Rule 52(1) of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business, written responses to unstarred questions must be placed on the Table of the House.
However, he pointed out that despite submitting several questions in the last session, he has not received any replies yet. He emphasized that asking questions and getting timely answers is a fundamental right of every legislator.
