Telangana MLA T. Harish Rao has openly criticized Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, accusing him of failing to govern effectively and neglecting important areas like education and social welfare. Speaking at a public gathering, Harish Rao claimed that key institutions, including hostels and gurukuls, have been non-functional for over a year under Revanth’s leadership.
According to Harish Rao, the Chief Minister has mishandled the Education and Social Welfare departments. “Revanth Reddy has taken control of these departments, but his administration has turned them into a disaster,” he said. Rao also condemned the government for targeting opposition leaders through arrests. He emphasized, “Governance is not about suppressing dissent; it is about being present among the people and solving their problems.”
These remarks have drawn attention to increasing dissatisfaction with the state government’s management of public welfare programs. Harish Rao’s statements have sparked political debate, with opposition parties raising similar concerns. The public now waits to see how Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will respond to these accusations.
