Health Minister T Harish Rao criticized the Congress party’s position in the State, comparing it to a stone in the hands of a mad man. He accused the TPCC Chief of being a true successor of N Chandrababu Naidu, the TDP supremo.
Speaking at an event where leaders from various parties joined BRS at Telangana Bhavan, Minister Harish Rao addressed Revanth Reddy’s statement about electricity for agriculture. He pointed out the severe lack of electricity during the Congress regime and how it negatively affected farmers and citizens.
Harish Rao urged the public to compare the electricity situation during the last ten years of Congress rule with the nine years of Chief Minister KCR’s governance. He emphasized the progress made under KCR’s leadership, particularly in electricity supply and agricultural growth. He also mentioned the challenges faced in the past, such as burning motors and exploding transformers.
Questioning the opposition’s credibility, Harish Rao highlighted their lack of constructive criticism during KCR’s rule. He praised the current government’s commitment to continuous development and highlighted improvements in electricity supply and crop growth in the Zaheerabad area.
The Minister accused the opposition of spreading false information and making baseless allegations to hinder the State’s progress. He praised CM KCR’s efforts in various sectors, including education, medicine, industries, agriculture, and marginalized community development. Harish Rao also commended CM KCR’s projects, such as the Sangameshwara project, which aims to provide irrigation water to one lakh acres.
