Minister for Finance T Harish Rao visited the family of Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Managing Editor of The Siasat Daily, who passed away after suffering a stroke while participating in Balladeer Gaddar’s funeral procession. Minister Mahmood Ali and MLC Kadiyam Srihari also accompanied Harish Rao during the visit. The Ministers consoled the family members and expressed their gratitude for Zaheeruddin’s contributions to the Telangana State struggle and Urdu journalism. The visit took place at Zaheeruddin’s residence in Lakdikapul.
