    The Telangana State Haj Committee will be setting up special counters at the Regional Passport Office in Secunderabad. This is in response to the Haj Committee of India inviting online applications for Haj-2024. The special counters will be available on December 13, 15, and 18. It’s important to note that only applications submitted through the State Haj Committee will be processed at these counters. Additionally, applicants must have passports that are valid until at least January 31, 2025.

    Starting from December 4, the Centre has been accepting online applications for Haj-2024 through the Haj Committee of India. The application submission period will end on December 20.

    Officials from the Telangana State Haj Committee have advised applicants to review the Haj policy on their website, www.hajcommittee.gov.in, before submitting their applications online. It’s also important for applicants to have a machine-readable international passport issued on or before the application deadline and valid until at least January 31.
