    The Sri Laxmi Venkateshwara Swamy Brahmotsavam at Manyamkonda temple in Mahabubangar district came to an end with great devotion and unity. Known as the “Telangana Tirupati” or the “Little Tirupati of the Poor,” this sacred site attracted thousands of devotees from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and other places.

    The Brahmotsavam took place from February 17 to 25, captivating everyone involved. Mahabubnagar MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy, along with District Collector G Ravi Nayak and other dignitaries, unveiled a commemorative wall poster at the Integrated District Collector Complex to mark this divine celebration.

    MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy’s careful planning ensured that the Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Swamy Brahmotsavams were executed seamlessly and grandly. Special attention was given to facilitating the pilgrimage of devotees, especially women, who used the state government’s free bus service.

    To accommodate the expected increase in visitors, arrangements were made for drinking water, sanitation, and crowd management. Committees were formed to address challenges and ensure the smooth running of the festivities, highlighting the shared responsibility of officials in carrying out their duties diligently.

    District Collector G Ravi Nayak outlined the events schedule, which included rituals like the Garuda Vahana Seva and Rathotsavam. Various departments worked together to manage security, medical services, and transportation logistics during the celebrations.

    During the Rathotsavam, Lord Sri Laxmi Venkateshwara Swamy was carried in a procession, bringing joy to devotees as they received divine blessings amidst traditional fervor. MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy reiterated the government’s commitment to the temple’s development and promised continued support.

    The Manyamkonda temple continues to be a place of spiritual solace, bringing people together in reverence and celebration as the memories of the Brahmotsavam linger on.
