The Telangana State government is organizing three public meetings in Warangal, Karimnagar, and Mahbubnagar as part of the 26-day “People’s Government—Victory Celebrations.” These celebrations began on Thursday. On the final day, a statue of Telangana Talli will be unveiled at the State Secretariat. Important leaders, including AICC leader Sonia Gandhi and other national party members, are expected to attend.
Officials informed the Chief Minister about the various events planned during the “Praja Palana Vijayotsavalu,” which marks one year of the current government in office. These celebrations will continue until December 9.
The Chief Minister emphasized that the government’s welfare and development programs launched over the past year should be widely promoted. He is also expected to participate in several public meetings during the celebrations.
As part of the campaign, the government will focus on key areas such as women’s empowerment, farmers’ welfare, and youth empowerment schemes. One significant event will be the foundation stone ceremony for the Indira Mahila Shakti building in Warangal, led by CM Revanth Reddy. Additionally, foundation stones will be laid in 22 other districts on the same day.
Celebrations are also planned at Hyderabad’s Tank Bund, Secretariat, and Necklace Road from December 7 to 9. Cultural programs will be held in every assembly constituency. On December 9, the Chief Minister will unveil the Telangana Talli statue at the Secretariat. Women from across the state will be invited to attend this special event.
