    High-Speed Internet at Rs 300 for Telangana Households

    The Telangana government is set to provide high-speed internet at an affordable cost as part of its T-Fibre project. Under this initiative, fibre connections will be made available to households for just Rs 300.

    The project aims to connect government offices, private organizations, and homes across all 31 districts of Telangana. This includes 584 mandals, 8,778 gram panchayats, and 10,128 villages that will be linked through optical fibre technology.

    According to a press release, Sri Sai Cable and Broadband Pvt Ltd (SSCBPL) will collaborate with companies like Celkon and Corpus to deliver these services. Through the exchange of technical expertise, the T-Fibre project is expected to benefit over 80 lakh households in the state with affordable and reliable internet connectivity.
