Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to addressing the issues of the film industry in Telangana. He expressed hope that artists from the state would soon gain national recognition for their talent.
Speaking at a review meeting of the Gaddar Cine Awards Committee held at the Secretariat, Bhatti highlighted Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s desire to send a strong message of the government’s dedication to the arts. He urged the committee members to organize the upcoming awards ceremony in a unique way that showcases the rich culture of Telangana.
Bhatti also emphasized that Telangana has a deep connection with various forms of art. He noted that people in the state have always expressed their emotions—whether joy or sorrow—through songs. He praised the late revolutionary singer Gaddar, stating that Gaddar’s work captured the emotions of the people and introduced Telangana’s culture to the world.
