Gold weighing 7 kg seized at Chiragpally in Sangareddy, Telangana

The police and election officials in the state are inspecting to make sure everyone follows the Election Code. They have been seizing large amounts of cash, gold, and silver jewelry. Recently, they found 7 kg of gold in a car during a vehicle check at the Madgi interstate check post. Since the proper documents were not provided, the gold was taken away. The gold is worth around Rs. 4 crore 55 lakhs and was being transported from Gujarat to Hyderabad.
