It has been raining a lot in Telugu states since Sunday. The Meteorological department has predicted heavy rain for Hyderabad city. The GHMC is prepared for this based on past experiences.

To help the people in the city during the rain, toll free numbers have been set up. If anyone has any problems, they can call 040-21111111 or 9000113667.

Disaster management teams have also been alerted. Unfortunately, due to the rain, low-lying areas of the city have been flooded. Many major roads are flooded and water has reached houses in Balajinagar Colony of Narsingh Municipality. Traffic in Pandemwagu under Manikonda municipality has been disrupted due to flowing water.
