GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL) has partnered with Young India Skill University (YISU) to enhance aviation skills for the youth of Telangana. The two organizations signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to focus on training and certification programs that will equip young people with the skills needed for the rapidly growing aviation industry.

Young India Skill University, an initiative by the Telangana Government, aims to address the gap between education and employability in the state. This effort aligns with the government’s vision of creating a skilled workforce, improving job opportunities for young people, and boosting economic development. The university also seeks to make Telangana a center for innovation and skill development.

The collaboration will provide students with a mix of theoretical knowledge and hands-on industry experience. By working closely with industry partners, YISU ensures that its curriculum stays updated with the latest trends and requirements of sectors like aviation. This approach prepares students for real-world challenges and helps them meet the evolving demands of the industry.
