    Kale Yadaiah, a three-time MLA from Chevella, wants to create jobs by bringing industries to his constituency. Chevella is mostly a Congress stronghold and is reserved for SC candidates.

    Yadaiah lost in 2009 but won in 2014. He then switched to the BRS party and won again in 2018 and 2023 before returning to Congress recently. Despite people being upset with the BRS government, Yadaiah managed to keep his seat in the last elections.

    He won by just 268 votes against the Congress candidate. Yadaiah plans to bring textile and battery manufacturing industries to Shabad mandal to help with unemployment. He also wants to start a textile industry in Chevella mandal that would provide jobs for 30,000 women.

    Yadaiah aims to create an industrial park in Chevella mandal on 550 acres of land. Chevella is one of seven constituencies in the Chevella Lok Sabha segment and includes the municipality of Shankarpally.
