    Gayatri Bank, located in Karimnagar, has achieved a notable feat by winning the ‘Best Cooperative Bank’ and ‘Best E-Payments Initiatives’ awards at the ‘Banking Frontiers in Co-Operative Banking Awards – 2023’. This marks their 15th consecutive win at the national level. The awards were received in the Medium Banks category.

    The Best Co-operative Bank Division award was given to Gayatri Bank for its progress in all areas, while the Best E-Payments Initiative Division award recognized the bank’s various digital payment services. The awards were presented by Govind Gowde, the Goa State Gov Co-operative Minister, and Daas, the retired Executive Director of RBI. Mutyala Laxman Reddy, the retired CGM Bank Chairman, and Vanamala Srinivas, the Bank CEO, received the honors jointly from Rathnakar Dev Gar.

    Srinivas shared that the bank has experienced significant growth across all sectors. They have achieved a total business of 2347.43 crores, with deposits amounting to 1369.57 crores and a loan balance of 977.86 crores. Additionally, Gayatri Bank operates a total of 24 branches in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
