Farmers in Telangana are now happy, according to Bhupalpally MLA Gandra Venkataramana Reddy. He spoke at the oath taking ceremony of the Bhupalpally Agriculture Market Yard Committee and said that farmers have never felt agriculture to be comfortable and lucrative before. In the past, farmers faced many problems and previous governments did not come to their rescue. However, under the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, farming has become a festival with financial assistance provided under Rythu Bandhu, irrigation facilities, and 24-hour free power supply. Reddy criticized the Opposition Parties for spreading false information about the state of farmers in Telangana. He urged the agriculture market committee chairman and directors to work for the welfare of farmers. Reddy expressed confidence that the BRS will retain power for the third successive time, citing the all-round growth witnessed in Telangana under KCR’s leadership. BRS Jayashankar Bhupalpally district president Gandra Jyothy also appealed to people not to believe the accusations made by Opposition Party leaders. Warangal Lok Sabha member Pasunuri Dayakar was among those present at the ceremony.
