Students and activists in Gadwal gathered to demand immediate action on the delayed scholarship fee reimbursements. Led by D Kiran of the Students Federation of India (SFI), the assembly highlighted the challenges faced by students due to withheld funds meant for their education.

D Kiran expressed concerns over the impact of delayed reimbursements on students, leading some to abandon their studies or face financial hardships. He called for a dedicated minister for the education department to address these issues promptly.

The gathering included students standing in solidarity to advocate for their right to education without financial barriers. Kiran demanded the release of pending scholarship funds totaling eight hundred crores across the district.
