Chintoju Bhaskar: A Story of Hard Work and Service

Chintoju Bhaskar, who hails from Mustabad, has become a well-known figure in Sircilla as a motor dealer and a dedicated social worker. His journey from poverty to success is inspiring to many.

Bhaskar was born into a family of laborers and faced financial difficulties from a young age. In 1970, he moved with his parents to Sircilla. Despite these hardships, he managed to study up to ninth grade. To support his family, he began working as a mechanic at a young age. Through hard work and determination, Bhaskar became a skilled motor mechanic, eventually expanding into the dealership business.

Today, Bhaskar represents major brands like Godavari, HIPE, Finolex Cable, Texmo Motors, and Tata GI Pipes. He has also set up a workshop in Sircilla, providing jobs to many local people.

Driven by his concern for the less fortunate, Bhaskar founded the Maneru organization. Through this initiative, he has led various social programs, including organizing medical camps, distributing necessities during the COVID-19 lockdown, and offering counseling to help prevent worker suicides in Sircilla.

For his efforts, Bhaskar has received several awards, including the prestigious APJ Abdul Kalam Award. He also serves as a member of the Lok Adalat and various government committees, continuing his mission to help society.

In addition to his social work, Bhaskar has acted in movies like ‘Kobbarimatta’ and ‘Bazaar Rowdy,’ alongside actor Sampoornesh Babu. He used these films to raise awareness about legal services.

Despite his many contributions, including creating employment opportunities for 70 people, Bhaskar feels that the State Government has not fully recognized his 16 years of service to the community. Nevertheless, he continues to work tirelessly, with support from his family, to make a difference in the lives of others.
