Former minister Jupalli Krishna Rao led a demonstration in Wanaparthy to support farmers who are facing low voltage electricity problems. The affected villages include Chellapadu, Ayyavari Palli, Venkatampalli, Koppunur, and Kaluru. The issue has been traced back to the Jat Polu Vidyut substation. Leaders from the Congress party joined the protest to voice their concerns. The protestors reviewed the logbook of the substation to find evidence of power supply irregularities. Stern warnings were issued to the electricity authorities to resolve the issue promptly as farmers are already facing difficulties due to damaged motors. The gathering included political leaders, farmers, public representatives, and local residents.
