A real estate company was conducting rock blasting near the Neopolis area. They used detonators, but the explosions sent stones and debris flying, hitting people and damaging nearby vehicles. The sudden blasts caused panic among local residents.

The explosions, which included at least ten detonations, were carried out without any prior warning to locals or necessary safety precautions. Some residents initially mistook the loud blasts for a movie shoot.
