In Hyderabad, the Miyapur Police arrested five people for robbing a taxi driver and stealing his vehicle near the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Shamshabad. The incident occurred a few days ago.

The accused approached cab driver Bonthe Vijay Kumar on the night between March 13 and March 14 while he was waiting for passengers along KPHB main road. They hired the cab from Miyapur to RGIA in Shamshabad. As they neared the airport, the accused abducted the driver and drove the vehicle to Malkapuram near Choutuppal.
