A total of 100 candidates have filed their nominations for the Telangana Assembly elections on November 30. Most of the candidates are independents or from smaller parties. The Congress and BJP have also fielded some candidates. The gazette notification for the elections was issued on Friday.
The process of filing nominations will continue until November 10, with nominations being accepted between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on all working days. The nominations will be scrutinized on November 13, and candidates can withdraw their nominations until November 15.
The polling will take place on November 30, and the votes will be counted on December 3.
