A court has postponed the decision on MLC Kavitha’s bail request. Judge Kaveri Bhaveja from Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi will give the final verdict on the 6th of this month. The judge also mentioned that the final decision on Kavita’s bail applications in the ED and CBI cases will be announced separately on the same day.

This delay in the verdict comes after the Rouse Avenue court extended the judicial custody of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and K Kavitha until the 7th of this month in the excise policy case. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) arrested Kavitha on March 15 in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case.
