Rivaba was supporting Jadeja throughout the game, and her expression when he hit the winning boundary went viral. Gujarat Titans batted first and posted 214/4, with B Sai Sudharsan scoring 96 in 47 balls. After rain interrupted the match, CSK was set a revised target of 171 in 15 overs. In the last ball of the match, Jadeja hit a six and a four to win it for the Yellow Army. This win equals Mumbai Indians’ record of winning five IPL titles.
