On Tuesday, Minister for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Errabelli Dayakar Rao and his wife Usha were seen dancing at the BRS cadres’ Atmeeya Sammelanam in Mutharam, Palakurthi constituency. During the event, the minister spoke out against the BJP and Congress, accusing them of trying to damage the reputation of the BRS Government in the state. He claimed that the BJP leaders were spreading false information to confuse the people and gain political advantage, with the Congress supporting their efforts. Errabelli urged the cadres to protect the KCR Government by responding to these attacks. He emphasized that BRS is the only political party that cares about its cadres, and promised to give Rs 2 lakh to any party worker’s family in case of death. The minister also praised Telangana for its growth in both urban and rural areas, citing awards given by the Central Government. The event was attended by various BRS members, including MLC Mankena Koti Reddy and Usha Dayakar Rao, who is the chairperson of the Errabelli Dayakar Rao Charitable Trust. Earlier that day, the minister paid tribute to social reformer Jyotirao Phule on his 196th birth anniversary, highlighting his efforts to bring about social reforms and improve women’s rights.
