    Kothagudem:

    A large-scale family survey will begin on the 6th of this month. As part of the preparations, District Collector Jitesh V Patil spoke with the survey team on Friday.

    Patil instructed the enumerators to identify each house and family in the area assigned to them. By November 3, they should complete the task of identifying houses and placing stickers on them. He explained that the survey aims to gather information to help improve opportunities in areas like social, economic, educational, and employment sectors, particularly for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, and other disadvantaged groups in the state.

    During the meeting, the survey team was given clear guidelines on what to do and what to avoid while conducting the survey.

    Several officials and local staff, including Palvancha mandal parishad development officer K Vijayabhaskar Reddy, mandal panchayat officer B Narayana, panchayat secretary B Baburao, and Anganwadi teachers, were present at the event.
